This album was made in my continued 2020-2021 self isolation. This was made as a sister album to Short and Sweet and so has the same theme.
I wanted to make something peaceful, relaxing and simple to contrast the chaos that is happening around all of us everyday. Maybe something you could listen to while painting, studying, reading or on long walks?? idk..
I was greatly inspired by various instrumental and ambient artists such as J Dilla, Nujabes, Hiroshi Yoshimura and John Cage. When making this album I immersed myself in music that I believe to be classic standards of what I was trying to make.
I hope you enjoy it and I hope it can help you slow down even for just a second. :)
